How to make £45…
I didn’t really want to do this. But by posting a new blog, Freddie Stroma has moved down the page. And as I post more and more, he will continue to do so until he is lost forever in the many pages of blogs I have posted.
However, it was necessary, as there have been some changes in my life.

This little bitchy, is my new car.
Yes ladies and gentlemen, my Mini has been sold, and this is the replacement! It’s a gold “Peugeot 106 Look 2″. And it’s amazing. Power steering! I can’t believe I ever drove without it! Literally, I got this home and had to move my Mini. In the half hour journey it took to get home, I’d forgotten how to drive without power steering! It was so hard!
And the clutch is SO different. The Peugeot’s is really long, and the Mini’s, well, isn’t. I nearly put a hole in the Mini floor because I pushed on the clutch so hard!
And fifth gear! Haven’t had one of them for over a year and a half! I keep forgetting to use it! Not that it struggles over 70mph, like the Mini, did in fourth.
Other differences include the two extra doors! Oh yes, ladies, no more climbing over the reclined front seat, you get your own door now! That reminds me, put the child locks on! And the boot! You can get more than two shopping bags in it!
And hows this for a days work:
Peugeot bought for: £1,100
Tax and insurance extra: £255 (£125/£130 respectively)
Total: £13,55
Mini sold for: £1,400
Profit: £45!
Okay, so I had hoped in the recent past that maybe the car I bought would have cost less, so I got more money back from the sale, but the Fiesta’s we looked at were upto £200 cheaper, but the insurance was at least £100 more than what it cost to insure the Peugot, and with the £800 Saxo, the insurance was at least an extra £200 on top of what the Peugeot cost extra! So it was a sliding scale really.
But never mind about that! I like the car and I’m not poor (well, poorer than I already am!) So there! Woop woop!
Yays!
